This collection of smaller rooms with windows overlooking our pools and garden are perfect for intimate gatherings. Celebrate with a buffet reception for up to 120 guests, or a seated luncheon or dinner banquet for 20 to 60 guests.

Our largest event space, this elegant ballroom is a spectacular backdrop for any gathering. Wrought iron chandeliers reflect the essence of the Texas Hill Country, while the soaring 18' ceiling easily accommodates a ceremony under a quaint canopy or specialty themed décor. Host a grand sit-down dinner for up to 600 guests, along with space for a generous dance floor. The adjoining pre-function area is ideal for a pre-dinner cocktail reception.

Courtyard Deck
This one-of-a-kind, scenic deck is located adjacent to the ballroom facilities. Surrounded by mature trees, it was designed for events with country charm in mind. Courtyard Deck may be used by itself for your dinner or reception, or, if you prefer, in conjunction with the ballroom.

The Lawn
As you pass through the lobby to the backside of the hotel, you will enter onto Aunt Mary's Porch. From here, the view of The Lawn is spectacular. Surrounded by flowerbeds that are always in bloom, this lush setting creates a spectacular outdoor event.
